Keyboard locking up...

Every since I have had my iphone 6 (approx. one month) sometimes when I go to type a text message my keys will lock up. I have to exit out of the message and go back in order to get the keyboard to work again. It does not do this ALL the time, but the times that it is doing it really has me frustrated. I took my phone into my local VZ store and was told to try doing a hard reset and see if that helps, which I went home and did but I'm still having this issue. I also made sure my phone was updated to the latest software (which it is). I think that since my phone has been doing this from day one it must be some time of issue with the phone itself ....

ehhhh... definitely seems like a software glitch. Did you do the restore through wifi or itunes? Itunes is more reliable.
