Yes, I have tried these suggestions and waited a couple of days. It seems that when I arrive at work lately my service converts to 3G and all day my phone is toggling back and forth but mostly on 3G and this is running my battery down. Then when I leave my phone toggles between the two services until it finally sticks on 3G. I must reset my IPhone for LTE to come back. One of my coworkers is experiencing similar results with her Iphone5S so I'm less inclined to believe the issue is hardware related.

I can definitely understand your concern regarding this issue dave187. We will get to the bottom of this issue for you and work to stabalize that signal. When you are indoors, do you or others have problems with sending and receiving text messages or accessing the internet? Have you all ever had any problems with indoor coverage before now? We would love to work to pinpoint what could be causing this issue.
