Long time customer. Worse experience ever with upgrading iPhone and Apple Watch.

I've been a customer with VZW for over a decade and have always had Apple products.  Recently made an online purchase for iPhone 11 Pro Max and Apple 6 Series watch.  This has been the worse experience I've ever had and it's to the point I that I want to return all my equipment and switch carriers.

It's only been a week since I received new devices so under the 14 day window.  What are the possible charges I may incur if I move forward with this?  Really don't want to but I have wasted SO MUCH TIME regarding issues.  This has always been a great company with great service but genuinely this time around has me fuming.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some difficulties with your upgrades. I've been having my fair share of problems, too. Unfortunately, I'm way beyond my return period so I'm stuck fighting to get my situation resolved. As far as your return, you should be able to get reimbursed for any money you've put forth on your devices. However, I think that there is a restocking fee for the iPhone. Maybe like $50? I can't remember but it should be on your order form or in your device agreement. If you call 611 they should be able to give you more definite information. I wish you the best of luck with your return and hope you can have a better experience with any future interactions with VZW 🙂
