We upgraded our unlimited plan to include the mobile hotspot capability so that my wife could access her Apple computer in another city while helping her elderly father. The problem is that her mobile hotspot randomly multiple (> 7) times per day. The question is why might this be happening and what can be done? Is it the phone, the phone setup, or the local (Milwaukee) service?
We always want you to stay connected, and I know how frustrating it would be for your connection to be lost, especially multiple times in one session. I'm sure we can help you. Tell me, is it happening with any other devices? How many devices are connected when this happens? Have you already "Forgotten" the connection, and reconnect with your laptop?
