is there any way to monitor the location and use of another phone on my account without the other person knowing? The other person is getting into some bad stuff with bad people. She keeps changing the passcode and it is almost impossible to get access to the phone without her knowing. I am worried about her and am trying to head something off before she gets hurt or in trouble.
You need physical access to the device. Through Google+ you can share her location with you. There are spy type apps in iTunes store probably that may help. The problem with all of this is a basic lack of trust and other stuff we have to deal with.
No substitute for a sit down and long talk and potentially talking the device away.
Good luck.
Hi DONSCH78, you could get the location of the iPhone, but you'd have to log into iCloud with the user id and password of the iPhone you're trying to locate.
As far as usage of a iPhone, that is under your account, is quite easy. That iPhone will show up at the My Verizon website, provided the iPhone account is in your name, for both iPhones. Then just navigate thru the menu. My Verizon App on the your iPhone will also give usage of the iPhone you're trying to monitor.
Forgot to mention. With out the other person knowing? You ain't gonna be able to do it that way.
We have all been there, I understand your situation and the importance of it. We do have a feature called Family Base: http://vz.to/2dXbCS4 However, the phone will always know that it is being monitored for privacy purposes. Does this provide clarity?
