More information about the minute overcharge

More information about the over charged. This morning, I got reported about the minutes at 8:33am, It showed that Usage  Est as of 10/25  8:18am shared used: 178. Shared remained 522. Individual used : 154. 

After that, I started used it :

The log in my cell phone showed that

8:32am  29 seconds

8:44am  7 minutes

9:55am  1 minute

10:19am  30 minutes    ==> Total I used 37 minutes up to now.

11:02am  13seconds  (call #646)

12:59pm  11 seconds (call #646)  . It showed that Usage  Est as of 10/25  12:17pm shared used: 222. Shared remained 478. Individual used : 197.

I actually used up to now  37 minutes, but Verizon charged me  222 - 178   =   44 minutes  ?  Why ???? They overcharged me up to 7 minutes just for some hours.... How can it happen for a month ?    45 cents / per minute ?  Is that fair for the Verizon Customer ?  I need this one get solved too. Otherwise, the Customer will be overcharged all the time..... Thank you very much,  I brought up this issue a month ago already ! But it never get solved. Thanks
