Move contacts from Galaxy S3 to iPhone 4s

My daughter got upset that her iPhone 4 kept locking up so I traded her my Galaxy S3, got my wife an iPhone 5s and took her iPhone 4s (now that you are completely confused I will get on with the question).  I need to move all my contacts from the Galaxy S3 to the 4s.  Is there an easy way?  I don't really like apple products (yet?) but I am stuck keeping kids happy.  I get an upgrade in the spring and I hope the GS5 is out by then.

Back them up to a Google Email Mail address and then use that address on the iPhone.
