Iphone 6s Plus audio isn't working unless I have it on speaker phone while speaking or listening to music? Any feeback if anyone else has had same issue?

JOHNNY2STAR, we want to ensure you can hear the audio normally on your iPhone device. I can definitely assist you with this matter. I just need some additional details first. Are others able to hear you without use of your speakerphone or are you just not able to hear others? Also, here are some steps to try and get that audio issue resolved: http://apple.co/2abXs0w.
