If I talk with someone in any room but the living room, I can't hear them and they can't hear me. Can this be fixed? Otherwise I have a very expensive paperweight. All tips appreciated.
Are you seeing any change in signal in the different rooms? It sounds like something in your home (likely just the construction itself) is blocking signal. If that's the case, there's a few possible solutions, but if you have an iPhone 6 or 7 and Wi-Fi in your home, then the simplest would probably be to enable Wi-Fi Calling. You could also try going to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options and changing the "Enable LTE" options to enable or disable LTE voice, and see if that could make a difference if you have better 3G or 4G signal in your area.
