My battery is dying so much more quickly than normal and I'm not using my phone any more than usual. Additionally, yesterday, the battery percentage stayed at 100% even though I was using the phone throughout the morning (Normal usage again) Suddenly around 1:00 in the afternoon, the phone just died on me and indicated it needed charged. It had just been showing a FULL BATTERY before it died!!
Why is the battery dying quickly and why is the indicator saying it is at full charge?!
I had the same issue with that version. I joined the Apple public beta tester program, and got access to iOS 11.1 - This solved my problem. They are supposedly getting ready to release the final version at the end of this month or first part of November.
Thanks for your input! Good to know.
How did you get to join the Beta testing?
You're welcome. This will help you get signed up Apple Beta Software Program.
Psuziggy, having a manageable battery life is important. I am sorry to learn that you are having trouble since the last update. Let’s check a few things on the phone. Go to Settings > Battery what is showing used the most battery power?
