My display is dead - I have an iPhone 4 - how do I delete data from the phone

I have tried getting rid of the data by iTunes but I can't seem to remove the photos from there, and other things as well.  Please help!!!  I need to return the faulty phone but don't really feel like sending all my personal information back to Verizon.//....

You can plug ur phone in and not iTunes but the computer will pick up like a USB and it will ask if u want to open files for phone and drag the whole file to ur desktop. Right click and drag to desktop. I think it starts with 8. It will have all your pictures and things. Then u can do a restore from iTunes.

Maybe u can restore it in iTunes and it will fix everything.

You can download the and photo stream to ur desktop then put ur pictures from the desktop in there by moveing it to the upload file. It will give you directions but u need iCloud on your phone and the picture option in that on and when ur on wifi it should wireless transfer them back to ur new phone.

You can also go into phones in iTunes and put the file back but u can't edit the photos later if you do that. To delete them u would have to plug to the computer.

I don't know if u can back up to iCloud through iTunes. Then on ur new phone use iCloud to get everything back. But u need iCloud on the old phone.

After u use it as a USB to get yr photos off. U can turn on ur new phone and remote wips ur listed iPhone through the find iPhone app. It will have all iPhones that u have activated with the apple id.

hi I was able to get rid of the photos however, all the contacts and

messages and etc stayed on, and nothing i could have done. i tried that

but it told me that the iPhone was offline (the old one)

I sent the phone today back to Verizon anyways, I hope whoever receives it

will do the honorable thing and wipes it clean....
