Every time we try to make a call from my husbands phone it has a message saying that the number you are trying to reach has been disconnected or is no longer in service. We can't even call Verizon's tech support (though they are closed for the holiday right now anyway) I have tried a hard reboot, but that didn't work. Any suggestions?
Power off, remove SIM, reinsert, Power on. Maybe a network refresh will help.
I don't think you can take the SIM out of the I phone. You cannot take the back off of it, and it doesn't have a side slot for it to go into.
Use a small needle or pin.
Handle the Sim with Care when you remove it, them little things can be Very sensitive to touches from our hands as we have Oils and Static Electricity in them..
