My iPhone 5c upgraded to ios 8.1.2. and now my iphone won't hold a charge, the menu screen stays on all the time. How can this be fixed? I love my iphone but now it is not?

Hello,

My iPhone 5c has been great, but now?  I upgraded the IOS to 8.1.2. last week and now my phone won't hold a charge.  The screen displays the menu all the time and the sleep mode doesn't come on at all.  I have to shut the phone down and restart to get the menu screen to go away. A lot of my calls go directly to voice mail? What can I do?

How long does a charge last since the update?
Have you reset the network settings? Settings>General>Reset>reset Network Settings>Enter 4 digit passcode>Reset Network Settings
