My iPhone 5c won't display the correct time anymore

I have had the phone for a year and all of a sudden on Friday the time has been wrong. When the phone goes to sleep the phone will reset to the same random time. I have manually set the time, turned off the location services and turned it back on, and I even did a hard reset to factory settings. Nothing is working and it has now been 5 days. I am pretty tech savvy but I can't figure this one out. The forums I have found show that many people had this problem a year ago but there was no solid answer on a fix. Please respond if you know how to fix the issue

The only thing I can think of to try is:

• Back and restore the device via iTunes
• Reset Network Settings --- Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
