My iPhone 5s states my voicemail is full and I have erased all messages. I reset it and restarted several times.

How do I get my voicemail to state it is not full?  I have no messages and have restarted it and reset it several times.

Hi jl61!

That's odd, let's get this figured out! When did the issue begin? Are you using the basic voicemail feature?

Thanks,

Yes, I erased all my messages and did the latest update. It seems it stopped working after the update.

jl61,

Hmm thanks for doing those steps for us. When you stated that you have done the reset on the phone, did you do a full factory reset or Rest Network Settings:http://vz.to/1gB9rgc I would also suggest that we try to remove the sim card from the device. You can complete that step by looking at this link for the steps: http://vz.to/1bb5oDU Please keep us posted.
