My iPhone 6 does not activate

Went to the store today with my unlocked iPhone 6. They gave me a new SIM card but couldn't activate the phone on site and suggested me to take it home for a "Restore" on iTunes. I've restored it several times, and tried everything. The Verizon name in the top left corner comes with no signal bars and then goes to "No Service". I can't get it activated no matter what. Help!
