My phone has no service

Evening-

For the past three weeks since I updated my phone has been switching from no service for HOURS at a time. I have reset the network at least 4 times a day(which a Verizon store told me to do) and still that help. I have the lasts update. I feel like my iPhone has turned into an iPod. I did drop about a month ago and cracked the screen but it still works just fine. I'm getting a little peeved, I'm paying for service and not even getting service.
