My phone shut off and wont turn back on

My phone froze on the settings page so I turned it off and now it wont turn back on...i get a screen with the apple but it wont go any further no matter what I do...HELP!!

I know how it feels to have a phone that won't turn on RJerge. I would try connecting it to the charger and iTunes to perform a restore. Is the phone damaged? If the restore does not work, I recommend reviewing your replacement options. Keep us posted.
