4s screen is magnified so a pass code cannot be entered. Pinching does not take the figures back to normal size. How do I get it to respond?

Yes, that worked. Now the screen is normal size. But, it is disabled and says to connect with iTunes and also there is a scroll "slide for emergency" at the bottom. What is the next action I should take? Thanks...

Good! Glad to see the screen is back to normal for you. It looks like it is asking you to restore the iPhone via iTunes. Did you already try that?

Hi Tamara—I did try with the 4S to connect with iTunes, but that was after I purchased a 6 Plus. So, I was assuming that I could not get back into my 4S because all the properties were transferred to the 6 Plus. Can I still get the disable off my 4S? What will I be able to do using the 4S?….can I connect to the internet? The photos and contacts all downloaded to the 6 Plus via iCloud backup. I had a Pandora app that did not transfer…since it was a paid membership, I am dealing with Pandora so I don’t have duplicate accounts with them. Obviously, it is going to take a while until I settle into my 6 Plus.
Look forward to hearing back from you…would like to get knowledgeable about what is going on with these “toys”.

lost93,
Great questions! While the 4S is not active on an account, you still have the ability to connect it to iTunes for a back up/reset if needed. In order to utilize data features on your 4S, the device must be connected to Wi-Fi similar to an iPod touch.
