My screen will not respond to touch

My screen will not respond to touch out of no where and I will have to restart it multiple times for it to work again. I went to the verizon store twice and they said it has 0 damage and all they did was reset the settings and it would work for about an hour or less before acting up again. Thoughts on what I should do?
