My son has iPhone 5c for 2 months. He started getting error message when trying to charge phone with the cable that came with it.
Now phone is out of juice. We tried two apple cables both won't get same error and both work fine on iPod.
This is the Error- "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this phone."
how can we fix this?

Km1212,
We'll get this working again! First, lets check on the charging port itself. Is it free of any physical/liquid damage or corrosion? http://bit.ly/KjDqib
Also, we recommend backing up the phone via iTunes and then doing a restore using the same program to fix this issue. You can follow the Alternate Hard Reset steps found here: http://vz.to/1oo0Wv7
