This app is garbage and tech support for NFL Mobile pushes you to do it via the app troubleshooting and Verizon (the ones we PAY) pass the buck on and allow horrible service like this to continue. I'm sure most everyone agrees that enough people are paying the $5 extra per month and getting nothing except frustration that this should be a priority fix!
