After months of troubles with cruddy service I really just want all my bills refunded and my contract canceled and an apology... I've had techs lie and try to deceive me and then when I knew my information they then admitted to it being there issues... yet I still don't get a credit or a sincere apology from Verizon acknowledging they've been worsening there reception and "reliability"
You had 14 days to decide if service was going to work. After that period, you concented to Verizon service.
Same period applies to any loans. Verizon only voids those out if cancelled within the first 14 days or due to a death.
