Network Issues?

I cannot connect to any of my apps for the past 3 hours.. If I try to connect to one that I was in earlier this morning, such as Facebook, it connects but it is as if it is still 8am and it won't update to the most recent info. I get a Network Error while trying to connect with some of the apps and when I choose retry I get the network error again.  HELP!

Also, disconnected from all apps and even turned my phone off to no avail.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with connecting to internet options. What zip are you having trouble in? Can you please try removing/reinserting your 4G sim card? Also, are you having trouble with other functions (calls, text) or just purely internet. Keep us updated and I am sure we can figure this out together.
