New Sim Card. All of my contacts are coming up as "unknown". What's happening?

So my previous sim card was fried and not receiving calls. Verizon plugged in a new sim card and voila. It worked. The only issue I'm having now is that when I receive calls that are in my contacts it comes up as "Unknown". When I take them out of my contacts, it comes up as their numerical phone number.

Once I found that out, I tried to add the numerical number to contacts just by clicking "Add to contacts". Still coming up as "Unknown".

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Very frustrating! Thanks!
