My iPhone 14 pro max arrived at the Laurel, Maryland UPS facility on September 21st and is still there. I was supposed to receive my phone on the 21st, then the date was moved to the afternoon of the 23rd. UPS My Chice now says that the delivery date is pending.
Given that the package meets the criteria for a claim, I tried to file one and was denied. I’ve called UPS three times for this, and they a;; say that Verizon has to initialize the claim. I can’t get anyone at Verizon to file a claim on my behalf or ship another phone, one that I’m already making payments on. HELP!!!!!!
