I am at my whits end. I have an iPhone 11 with enabled wifi calling. I sit in my work chair, and typically have 3 bars of service. In the past I would often watch the bars drop and rise, with occasional dropped calls.
Right around the new year, I began having serious problems with calls dropping. Pretty much every extended call of more than 1 minute.
Try negotiating a contract or having a partner conference call and your line drops five times in twenty minutes. I got rid of my landline two years ago, and am seriously considering switching carriers. But I came to Verizon from ATT for performance reasons many years ago, so I am hesitant to make a change. Help!!!
We'd never want to see you go and definitely don't want to see you frustrated, bluewingcap. Let's take a closer look into what's going on with your calls and ensure this is fixed. How often do you have a dropped call? Have you noticed any pattern to the calls such as the same person or time frame? Are you using Wi-Fi Calling on your device? Does anyone else in your area experience the same issues?

Myself have same issue reported for months seems all I get is same excuses and been told by one executive relation person that as long as you have 1 bar " it's within accepted range" so basically they do nothing
Any call of length resulted in multiple drops.
I assumed wifi calling would back up the fluctuating LTE signal , but have decided to turn it off and see if the problem persists at this level.
We'll be more than happy to troubleshoot. Do you know other VZW customers with the same experience? How far do you have to travel for your calling experience to improve?
