Anyone else having the problem of no service? Just started today

Nothing around.   Have you taken out the SIM card, rubbed with microfiber cloth and reinsert? turn off phone completely before taking out SIM

You can put your old SIM in your new phone and you are set.  You will keep your original plan, unless it is unlimited plan Or you changed plans when you bought the new phone.

What if my plan was changed and I am waiting for the device will it change again once it ships to reflect the original agreement

You are being very vague.  Does this involve unlimited plan?  Where did you buy the phone?   I get the feeling you are trying to get someone to promise you something without bring up front with the details.  What plan did you have, what plan was it changed to, did you buy your ohone on payments or contract?  Lots of moving parts here if you are trying to do something.

Yes I tried taking the SIM card out and cleaning it. I also tried resetting my phone.
