I'm having issues with the notifications. Volume is set to the highest level and the "Do Not Disturb" is off yet my phone doesn't ring nor do any of the notifications make any sound despite my settings. This just started happening after I charged it overnight and had it turned off completely. Any ideas?

Bull427, we don't want this to be an ongoing issue for you. Let's make sure that notifications are enabled on in Settings>Notifications>tap Messages>Allow Notifications>Notification Sound. Please follow those steps to enable notifications for Mail and e-mail. Keep us posted.
