Not getting emails

When I am out and about my phone does not receive emails when I am home and the phone is linked up to my Wi-Fi all my emails from the day upload and download how can we fix this

do you have data connection LTE showing when you are away or is that turned off. has to be on for emails when not on wifi

We definitely want to make sure you are staying connected when away from home, Leakfixer. Let's check into this further to make sure you're getting the service you deserve. What happens when you try to access your email when out? What is the data signal showing on the phone? Here are the steps to make sure data is enabled, Settings > Cellular > Celluar Data > On.
