When I go to log on from a computer, I never receive the prompt on my phone for 2FA.
I did verify that 2FA is enabled on the device.
Verizon Customer Portal is the ONLY 2FA system I have an issue with.
We understand how important security is for your online account. You mentioned that it's enabled on the device, but can you confirm you have it enabled in your My Verizon online account? You want to check this option when logged into a desktop version on a browser.
