Not receiving text messages while connected to a certain WiFi router

Hello.  When I am connected to my WiFi router at home, I don't receive all texts that people send to me on my iPhone 5S.  When I disable WiFi, texts works just fine and this only happens while connected to my router at home. This also happens to other people who connect to our WiFi network on different versions of iPhones, such as 5C.   I figure it must be the router, so are there any settings I can edit on the router or my phone to solve this issue?

It's imperative you receive all text messages! Are you only missing out on iMessages? ( text messages between other iPhones ) Does this also happen on other Wi-Fi networks? If you have an opportunity I would suggest resetting network setting,  http://vz.to/1lBMRdc
