All of a sudden today my phone quit working like a phone. I can use the internet and my apps but not actually contact people. I have tried everything on the verizon site and no I didn't use the *228 number because my phone WILL NOT make outgoing calls. Now I have no phone and the chat button has been disabled for two hours saying busy so I now have no way to get in touch with verizon since they took away the ability to email. This is beyond ridiculous and I am very very upset. If this does not get resolved I will be switching carriers. As much as I pay and can't even talk it is ridiculous and the fact that there is no way for me to even get in touch with Verizon is a huge dissapointment.
Liric, I know that it is frustrating when unable to make calls, but let's not make any rash decisions.
