Online Upgrade Ripoff

Was due for an upgraded and selected upgrade while logged in and was given several options.  Selected S10 based on $10/month option advertised.  Was charged $32/month.  Customer service stated the 10/month was only for a new line.  This was not stated in the ordering process and makes no sense because I went through the upgrade menu.
