Order from 09/16 still processing, no updates

Ordered on 09/16, earlier in the day it had a shipping date of 11/4 but later in the day when I actually ordered the ship date was 10/13 or earlier.  Still processing on the order status and when I attempt to access within my Verizon it gives me an error that there are system issues. I understand there are issues with having so many pre-orders but some sort of update would be nice.

Great, thanks.   I received my confirmation email on Tuesday 9/16 and the deliver by date is listed as 10/28.
