So I placed my order on Monday (March 27) and paid for 2 day shipping. However it is now MAY 2nd and I still have not recieved my new phone a iPhone 11. My order still says processing and everytime I try to talk to sales agent I cannot get in contact with one! Whats the point of paying 2 day shipping and still not receive my order. I do not have any tracking information either!! Verizon needs to do better before I switch services soon!!
