I ordered my iPhone 5 via Verizon Wireless online at 2am Chicago time (same time as 12am pre-order launch time) and thought everything was set for delivery by 9/21/2012.
In my Your Order Confirmation e-mail, I clicked the 'Check Your Order Status' link and the estimate ship date is now saying 9/26/2012. I have sent Verizon an email about this.
Are any of you having similar issues with this?
From what I am assuming, I should be at the top of the list for orders being shipped.
I ordered Friday morning over the phone. The rep told me I should expect delivery next week, although my confirmation gives me a "deliver by" date of Sept. 26.
I ordered 2 of the 16 gig versions at 12:45am PST on launch date for 2 of the 5 lines on my family plan. My confirmation email shows an expected delivery date of 9/21, but when I check my order status on the website it shows an expected ship date of 10/5... WTF Verizon!? There are 2 Verizon stores near my work. I'm going to head by early on Friday morning. If there are no lines or short lines I'll get one in store.
