Placed an order more than 48 hours ago. Went into chat last night (can't find how I got there now) and the rep said that it would be delivered by tomorrow. Still hasn't shipped and there has been no communciation from Verizon. The message I see it "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later." There's no way this item is going to be delivered tomorrow. How long is this supposed to take and why is the communication I'm getting contradictory?
Yes, it is taking longer than I what experienced when I recently purchased a new phone through Verizon Wireless. I got emails and/or text messages indicating the order was processed and shipment notifications.
I would call customer service again and perhaps a different rep can sort it out.
