My daughter is in Japan right now. I was told that she could use WiFi connections over there w/no issue. I had planned on suspending her service, as she will be gone for over 3 years.
She cannot connect to any available WiFi's and also cannot send picture messages.
Yesterday I added the Global plan to her line, still no ability to send the picture messages & also still cannot connect to any WiFi's.
She has an iPhone 4, and I thought there would be no issues, as they claim to be pre-set for International WiFi. I need to get this figured out soon, as her phone is roaming & I'm afraid that bill will be outrageous!!
I was given a global help line number for her to call.....she can't even get through to them, but she can call/text all of her family/friends in the States.
