my iPhone is not working.  no email. Facebook, texts, etc.  I deleted the account but now it won't let me reinstall.  It says the POP server "incoming.verizon.net" is not responding. any ideas?

Do you have an pop verizon.net account? Reset the Iphone to factory settings and also before that reset network settings
