i preorder the iphone 6 plus, but I have not received an email, nor has any money been taken out of my bank account. Was my order processed?

I preordered same at a couple mins before midnight, got an email confirmation of Sept 19th but now when I check my order status online it says 'no available date at this time"

Have they taken the money out of your account yet ?

There is a charge for 1$ but I don't think they'll charge full amount until they actually ship it.
