I tried to switch my old device to a iPhone 5s. I had issues with the backing up of my contacts, and when I tried to refresh it brought me to the main account screen. Now under my device it simply says "Pending Order" and my phone still says waiting for activation.
Here I am to save the day! Were there any recent changes requested on the account for the beginning of the bill cycle? Some examples of such a transaction is a price plan change or a feature add/removal. If you haven't been able to change device yet then please send us a private message so we can begin.
