Phone hangs up when I answer

Only at my home, when a phone call comes in, I swipe to answer, it connects for 1-2 seconds then hangs up. This has been going on for months.

redmon28, dropped calls are never the service experience we want for you. We always want to make sure that you receive the best available service in your area. What is the make and model of your device? What signal (4G LTE, 3g, 1x, No Service) does your device pick up in this location? Also, what is your zip code?

It is an SE. when I'm home, it is on WiFi and signal boosted by a repeater from Verizon - Zip is 37854

redmon28, it sounds like we need to troubleshoot the 4G Network Extender you have so we can properly correct these dropped calls while at home. 

 

Please reference the Troubleshooting Assistant for Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender at the link attached and you can select from the option for "I can't make calls" at the top. Please let us know if anything changes. http://spr.ly/66061rV0s
