Phone restarting

Does anyone know how to stop my phone from constantly restarting? I've tried removing and reinstalling the sim card but it doesn't work. I tried to get into updates to see if there were any but when I click on "General" it restarts

Phyllis13021, we want your device to be in tip top working order. Let’s work together to see what’s going on. How long has this issue been happening? Have there been any recent updates to your device (software related)? Any moisture or physical damage to the device?
