The photos on my computer are now on my phone, and it won't let me delete them off my phone-please help.

This is how you delete them from your phone. Open iTunes and plug your phone in. Click on your phone in the tab bar at the top. Go to the photos tab and deselect "sync photos." Then apply and sync your phone. This will delete all the non-deletable photos from your computer and keep everything taken on your phone.
