I tried to restore my iphone on iTunes and it gave me an error message 3194

This link does not work.

Tried serveral times. Followed all the steps and still get same error message. Phone is locked in "developer mode" Can not use.

Any other ideas or options?

Let's get this figured figured out! When did the issue begin? Have you completed a full device reset:http://vz.to/1f2SWHz. How long have you had the device? Has your phone been exposed to any physical/water damage?
