Please Helllp Me.. My voicemail isn't working on my iphone 6, It doesn't pick up. How can I get it to work again??

Hello,

My voicemail stopped working. When I receive a call, it will ring and when it's time for my voicemail to pick up, it just beeps and hangs up.. Could someone help me?

Jetagrl99, I am sorry to learn that you are having trouble with your voicemail. I rely on my voicemail, it’s very important. We can get this fixed. How long has this been going on? Have you ever been able to get the voicemail to work? Please try the following: Dial *73 and Call. You will hear confirmation beeps, end the call. Once this has been done test out your voicemail. Please keep us posted.
