***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Poor customer service

I stopped into a verizon wireless store the other day about the free iphone 7 offer and was told they no longer have the deal in the store, I proceeded to call the corporate store yesterday and told them I would get back to them. I just called back a day later to order the phone and was told the deal was no longer in effect. I was told they could see I called but the representative did not put any notes in that I was interested in the deal, so they could not give me the deal due that. Mind you I have been a customer for 20 years and I have 5 phones on my account. I pay them enough money each month and they do not even care.

I apologize for the frustration you experienced as a result of missing the iPhone promotion, Shellbell166. I do appreciate you being a customer for 20 years and with having 5 lines of service. Let me help with your concerns. I truly regret that promotions are only available for a certain period of time. This information was presented online during the time of the offer. However, we do have some great promotions going on now and here’s a link for more details . I would encourage you to keep sign up for email alerts on when new offers become available at this link .
