Poor reception 38256 area

Our service in 38256 service area was previously good but for the past two months has been almost nonexistent! I am on call and need my service for when I’m not able to connect to WiFi. Multiple people in area are complaining of the same thing and looking at switching service providers !

as remote as your are from a major metropolitan area, good luck with better service when you switch.
