I have a monthly pre-paid plan, I'd like to use my ipad as a mobile hotspot. Trying to activate the hotspot functionality I'm alerted to "contact Verizon" - what do I need to do to activate the hotspot functionality?

After sitting overnight, it looks like the iPad is now provisioned for hotspot access. Likely some onboarding delays after activation. Thanks!
